William Bootz Obituary, Death – The demise of William (Billy) Bootz, who had been a member of CVAC in the past, has brought about a condition of tremendous melancholy in the organization. The majority of Billy’s life was spent engaging in activities through CVAC, which he attended regularly. In addition, he was a committed member of the East Northport Fire Department, where he served as a commissioner, captain, and Chaplain for over 30 years. During that time, he was of service to the town of East Northport in several capacities. He passed away in 2010.
During this time, he was successful in preventing the loss of life for a great number of people living in the community. Billy was someone who was liked by a huge number of people, and you could always count on him to make you laugh no matter what the circumstance was.
