According to RadarOnline.com, a representative for the Chester County Coroner in Pennsylvania stated that Valerie passed away from “multiple drug toxicity.” It was determined that death was “accidental.” At 4:54 p.m., she took her own life.
At a friend’s house in Pennsylvania in 2010, 16 and Pregnant star Valerie was discovered unresponsive. In the years before she passed away, she frequently visited rehabilitation and sober living facilities.
