Shannon Barlow Obituary, Death – Shannon Michael Barlow, 48, of Clear Fork, WV, died at his home on Saturday, April 8, 2023. He was born in Beckley, West Virginia on September 18, 1974, to the late Walter and Connie Barlow.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Johnny and Faye Blankenship, Rosa Lea Blankenship, Dan and Grace Barlow, and Ott Osborne, in addition to his parents. Shannon was a proud and hardworking underground coal miner who worked on belt crews like his father and was most recently employed by Taishan Resources Prep Plant in Gary, WV. He enjoyed hunting, fishing at Smith Mountain Lake, golfing, and basketball with his pals, particularly his brother. He was a caring son, a proud father and grandfather, a brother, an uncle, and a friend who was always willing to assist his family and friends whenever something needed to be mended.

His children, Jordan (Alexis) Browning and his grandson Carson Browning of Chesapeake, OH, Jared Browning (Carly Puett) of Huntington, WV, Emily Browning of Clear Fork, WV, and Isabella Browning of Clear Fork, WV, and their mother, Misty Browning of Clear Fork, WV brothers, Jeff Barlow (Anitra) of Jesse, WV, Jacob Barlow (Madelynn S There will be no immediate events, but a memorial ceremony will be performed later. He will be cremated in accordance with his desires. Stafford Family Funeral Home is assisting the family.
