Samuel Mugisha Obituary, Death – The body of a missing man from Portland was discovered in the Presumpscot River near Falmouth on April 20. The police believe the body to be that of the missing guy.

The body has been identified by the Maine Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, however they have not disclosed the reason or method of death at this time.

On November 4, 2022, it was reported that Samuel Mugisha had gone missing. On that morning, he was last seen walking out from his residence on Auburn Street.

When he was reported missing, the police conducted ground and aerial searches of the forested areas, railroad tracks, and trails that were located close to his residence. They also searched other areas that his relatives believed he may have visited.

Someone told authorities that they discovered a body floating in the river close to Gray Road earlier in this month. According to the investigators, there were no recognizable characteristics left on the decomposing remains.
