Please provide some context for Ronnie Lawrence.
Ronnie Lawrence’s name was synonymous with horseback riding in South Africa. In South Africa, he was considered the best horseman alive. He and fellow GFE France employee Arnaud Evian assessed stallions for the South African Warmblood Horse Society that same year (2017).
He also served as a judge for the SAWHS Free Jumping Championship that same calendar year. Highborn Equestrian Academy was his primary enterprise.
He decided to attend an all-male boarding school called Peterhouse. He spent his entire life in the city of Midrand, Gauteng, where he was born. His varied passions included equine racing, animal rescue, and working with animals. He will be sorely missed by many.
