Roger Marshall Obituary, Death – We must inform you, with the deepest regret, of the demise of Roger Marshall, who served as the Past Master of Pace Lodge 349. It is with profound regret that we must do so. He gave an unfathomably significant amount of his free time to both the fraternity (Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Florida) and to our community. On the morning of Saturday, April 22, 2023, he took the decision to go “home” and left his equipment behind at the place of employment where he was working.
Please remember his cherished wife Joy and their son Matt, who is presently serving as the secretary of our lodge, in your thoughts and prayers. Matt is serving in this capacity at the moment. Arrangements are below. Beginning at five o’clock in the evening on the evening of Wednesday, April 26, 2023, the Lewis Funeral Home, which can be located at 4777 West Spencer Field Road, Pace, Florida 32571, will welcome members of the family who have come to pay their respects. The family will be available to talk to guests beginning at six in the evening and continuing until eight in the evening.
The viewing is going to take place at the Bible Baptist Church on Thursday, April 27th, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. You can find the Bible Baptist Church at 4001 Vern Street in Pace, Florida 32571. The worship session is scheduled to begin at eleven o’clock in the morning. After the ceremony, Masonic Rites will be done either at the Church or at the Juniper Creek Cemetery, which is located at 9835 Chumuckla Springs Rd. close to Jay, Florida 32565. Both of these locations are close to Jay. On the map that can be accessed through this link, the position of the cemetery is shown. I am grateful that you prayed for me at that time since it meant a lot to me.
