Rick Alles Obituary, Death – The departure of Rick Alles, a past president and vice president of the Historic Downtown Snohomish Association, has left me with a sad heart.
It is with the sincerest condolences that I write to express my sorrow at his passing. Rick was not just a successful entrepreneur, but also an upstanding member of the community and a treasured friend to many of us.
Rick was a major contributor to the development and prosperity of the downtown area of Snohomish during his tenure as owner and operator of the Tried and True Boutique.
He was a forward-thinking visionary who relentlessly worked to promote and assist local businesses. He was a firm believer in the transformative potential of communities.
His leadership and passion to the business community in Snohomish were clear in all that he did, from arranging events to pushing for legislation that would benefit the town with honesty and his one-of-a-kind sense of humor.
