Richard Lowery Obituary, Death – We are writing to express our deepest condolences to you on the loss of Richard Lowery, who served as Commissioner of Precinct 1 and was also a close friend and colleague of ours.
According to his brother B.J. Lowery, the visitation for him will take place at the Davis Funeral Home in Henrietta, and it will get underway at 6:00 p.m. on the day of the funeral.
The memorial service for him will take place on Saturday, April 29 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Byers. Richard has been working by Clay County since March 1998, and he has held the post of Commissioner of Precinct 1 since the beginning of 2017.
We are keeping his family, the Precinct 1 crew, and each and every one of the people who live in Clay County in our thoughts and prayers as they go through this trying time.
