Ogden Shooting, Today 1 Injured, 2 Dead After Shooting, Fire In Ogden Household

Ogden Utah, Shooting – On Thursday, April 27, 2023, police responded to a house fire in North Ogden. Two people were killed and one was injured as a direct result of their actions.

Shots were reported around 7:14 p.m., prompting officers from the North Ogden Police Department to respond to a residence in the 3200 block of Mountain Road. A man who did not live there opened fire on the police when they arrived. The officers opened fire back, killing the suspect.

Fire and gunfire at a residence prompts police response

As the building burned, police officers entered and found another male victim and a female victim with non-life threatening injuries. A husband, a wife, and a brother have been named as suspects, but it

who was inside the house at the time of the shootout and which man fired shots at the police. All three family members—husband, wife, and brother—were located in the same house. Even though the fire only affected one house, the officials say the property is a total loss.

Because police need to ascertain whether or not it is safe to enter the residence following the fire, the investigation into the incident is expected to take many days to complete. No major injuries were recorded among the police force.
