Nancy Combs Obituary, Nancy Combs 91, Of Williamstown, Is Dead

Nancy Combs Obituary, Death – Nancy Combs, who was 91 years old and lived in Williamstown at the time of her passing on April 21st, 2023, passed away.

She was both Hent Turner and Belle (Deaton) Turner’s daughter. Her mother’s maiden name was Deaton. At the Newport school, she worked as a custodian for several years. On top of that, she was an engaged member of the New Macedonian Old Regular Baptist.

Her brothers Wilgus, Delbert, and Coy, as well as her parents and her husband, Sam Combs, all passed away before she did. Her parents had died first, followed by Sam Combs. All of the following women are sisters: Hazel, Mae, Martha, Mima, Georgia, Ollie, Deltha, Ida, Isabell, and Linda. Mima and Georgia are two more members of the family.

Only her daughter Beverly (Barry) Stegner will keep her memory alive after she has passed away. Son, Gerald (Deana) Combs. Grandchildren, Brittany (Nicholas) Czirr, Brett (Makenna) Stegner.

They also have four great-grandchildren who go by the names Chase, Braxton, Brooklynn, and Eleanor. The Cooper Funeral Home will be the location of the funeral services that will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, commencing at 10 am and continuing until 12 noon.

Before 12:00, there will be no service available. The interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery straight following the conclusion of the service. The Cooper Funeral Home is assisting the family during this difficult time.
