Morningstar Croy Obituary, Death – Morningstar Rose Brertton-Croy, 29, of Edmonton, Alberta, and formerly of Saddle Lake, Alberta, passed away on April 23, 2023.

She is survived by her mother, Judy Brertton; father, Shane Roasting; children, Daviegh-Lee and Harlow; children’s father, Shane Roasting; special friend, Frank Campbell; siblings, Sarah Brertton, Jordan (Ellen) Brertton, and David Croy Jr.; adopted siblings, Shayla Mackinaw, Owen Mackinaw, and Shea Brertton; brother-in-law, Rodney McG David Joseph Croy, Morningstar’s father; George Brertton, her mosom; and Joseph and Rosie Cardinal, and Joseph and Maggie Moosewah, her chapans, all passed away before she was born.

On April 29 and 30, at Manitou Kihew Arena in Saddle Lake, there will be a Wake. The procession will leave Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery in Saddle Lake following a funeral service at Manitou Kihew Arena on Monday, May 1 at 11:00 a.m.
