Michael Kamplain Obituary Santa Rosa California, Funeral Arrangements

Michael Kamplain Obituary, Death –  Michael Kamplain Sr., 65, a resident of Clifton Hill, Missouri, passed away at his home. His love for his family and friends finally caused his heart to wear out. In St. Louis, Missouri, on July 6, 1951, he was brought into the world by his parents, Wesley Kamplain and Pauline Coleman Kamplain.

Michael served his country honorably in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician for twenty years before calling it quits in February 1991. He was awarded a total of five medals, including the National Defense Medal, four Good Conduct Medals, a Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, an M14 Marksman Ribbon, and a 38 Caliber Pistol Sharpshooter Ribbon.

After that, he became an industrial electrician and worked for a number of businesses in the area, including Brown’s and Dura Automotive, among others. In addition to being a regular at AA meetings, he was also quite involved in the Masonic Lodge in Huntsville.

He is survived by his daughter Mercia Schumann of Jacksonville and his son David Michael Kamplain Jr. of Republic, Missouri; five grandchildren, Tyler Schumann, Kimberly Schumann, Lexi Warren, Cassandra Schumann, and Ethan Kamplain; two sisters, Missy McCaskill, and Lin Block; and one brother, Wesley Kamplain. He was predeceased by his son David Michael Kamplain Sr.

Michael was a very bright man who had a dry sense of humor. He also had a profound trust in God and a strong sense of honor, both of which drove the way he lived his life.
