Lt Simmons Obituary, Death – A terrible tragedy has occurred with the passing of former Navy Lieutenant Barry Simmons. He will be greatly missed. In addition to committing more than a third of his life to helping the people of Roanoke, he was also a reliable source of fun throughout his whole life. He did this despite the fact that he served the people of Roanoke for more than a third of his life.

This is something he did both before and after he started working for the government. From youth far into adulthood, he devoted every waking moment of his life to serving in this capacity.
