Lisa Hughes Obituary, Member Of Fulham FC Has Died

Lisa Hughes Obituary, Death- There are moments when information appears out of nowhere and knocks you for a six. One of these times occurred on Tuesday when we found out that the lovely Lisa Hughes had died away; it was one of those moments.

Lisa, who traveled the world with her amazing family to watch Fulham play both at home and on the road, embodied everything that made Fulham Football Club unique. She was extremely kind and generous, brilliant and hilarious, and she was a Fulham supporter to the extreme. Even now, it’s hard for me to wrap my head around the fact that I’m talking about her in the past tense. It does not seem appropriate, and it is unlikely that it ever will be.

The contributions that Lisa made to Fulham extended beyond simply attending a certain number of matches, showing support for the club on the sidelines, or traveling to away games. Regardless of what was happening in your life at the time, when you saw that wonderful grin and even just spoke a few words with that person, it felt like everything was okay with the world. It is impossible to put into words the enormous void that she will leave in the lives of so many people who were devoted to her, and we are thinking about her close friends and family members during this difficult time.

At the beginning of the second half (in the 46th minute) of this afternoon’s match against Manchester City at Craven Cottage, the fans will pay tribute to her with a minute’s worth of applause because she was so much liked by so many members of the Fulham family. Even if you didn’t get the opportunity to meet or get to know this incredible lady, we’d all be thrilled if you could take part in this celebration nonetheless.
