This morning, my brother Kevin McGinley was lost tragically in an unexpected accident. His departure from this world came as a complete surprise.

Although we are still working through our grief after the sudden loss of a loved one, we can feel that it is having its toll on us. Before Kevin McGinley was born, both of his parents, William McGinley and Alice McGinley (née Armstrong), left the country. William McGinley was in the military, and Alice McGinley was an Armstrong. He is survived by his devoted wife of 45 years, Maureen (nee McGovern) McGinley, his cherished children.
