Kenny Treash Obituary, Death – On April 19, 2023, Kenneth Lee Treash Sr., who was 78 years old, passed away as his family was by his side. On September 30, 1944 in Clay County, Kenny Treash was born to the late George Treash and Louella (Neal), who both predeceased him.

Kenny earned his high school diploma from Brazil High. Kenny was employed in the retail and wholesale industry for the majority of his life. Together with his son Kenny Treash Jr., he ran the family business, which they called K.L. Treash and Son.

During the course of his life, Kenny was skilled in a variety of trades and occupations. He held a mechanic’s license and was the owner of multiple different auction houses.

Kenny’s favorite things to do in his spare time were to go fishing and hunting for squirrels and rabbits. Yard sales were always his favorite place to hunt for hidden treasures.

Kenny’s parents and two of his children, Becky Treash and Floyd Treash, as well as four of his brothers, Walter, Herb, Clarence, and George, and five of his sisters, Bertha, Mildred, Louise, Linda, and Norma, all passed away before him.

Kenny is survived by his son, Kenny Treash Jr. (and Catrina), his step-son, Frank Cotton (and Beth), and their grandkids, Riley, Destiny, Dawn, Kennedy, Elizabeth, Tyler, Tyler, Shayla, Haley, Joe, Frank Jr., and Cheyenne.

Kenny is also survived by his step-grandson, Frank Cotton Jr. Mary Woll, Bob Treash (Susan), and Mickey Treash (Mary) are her three siblings, and they are joined by a large number of nieces and nephews.

On Monday, April 24th, there will be a visitation from 4 to 8 o’clock in the evening at the Lawson – Miller Chapel, which is located at 1702 East National Avenue in Brazil.

On Tuesday, April 25th, there will be a funeral service held at the funeral home, and it will begin at noon. On Tuesday, friends and relatives are welcome to pay their respects from eleven in the morning until the start of the service.

After the funeral, the burial will take place at Clearview Cemetery.
