Justin Rodriguez Obituary, Death – On April 20, a guy from Albany was killed when he was a passenger in a car that was involved in a single-vehicle accident on State Highway 6, which took place six miles south of the city of Albany.
Justin Palmer Rodriguez, 36, was driving north on State Highway 6 when he approached a curve in the roadway, as stated in an initial report on the collision that was filed by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
Rodriguez was driving a pickup truck when it went off the right side of the road. He swiftly took evasive action by driving back to the left side of the road in order to avoid a collision.
Before coming to a halt, the truck ran off the road to the left and flipped over before stopping. According to the DPS, Rodriguez did not have a seatbelt on during the collision, which contributed to his untimely death as a result of his injuries.
It was discovered that he had died at the location where he was found.
