Jonathan Stroud Obituary, Death – As they notify you of the passing of a member of the Norths whanau early yesterday morning, the Norths Junior Committee would want to take this opportunity to offer their most heartfelt condolences to each and every one of you.

Jonathan Stroud has been our assistant coach for the junior team for a significant amount of time, The vast majority of people would recognize him by his nickname, Jono. He is the doting father of four beautiful children and the devoted spouse of Katie Stroud. Jono was an ardent supporter of Norths Junior rugby, and in the most recent year, he has also been a fantastic advocate for girls playing rugby.

He has been encouraging our girls to join our teams and take part in other events that are organized specifically for female athletes. The primary reason for his sense of accomplishment was the fact that his daughter was chosen to play for the Junior Girls Wellington team that competed in the Junior Rugby championship the year before. This was the source of most of his pride.
