Jim Kleiner Obituary, Jim Kleiner Has Passed Away

Jim Kleiner Obituary, Death – My brother Jim Kleiner, who was 54 years old, passed away unexpectedly on Monday morning at 11:50 a.m. at the UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh.

It is with both unending thankfulness and a heavy heart that I share this news with you. He was in the emergency room. After suffering a tumble on Saturday, February 11th, which caused him to fracture two ribs, Jim had a difficult time healing from his injuries.

In recent days, Jim’s greatest struggle has been rendered futile due to the exhaustion caused by multiple surgeries and treatments for infections.

In recent years, he struggled with a variety of health concerns, the most serious of which required him to have his lower left leg amputated in November of 2015.

Jim continued to care for as many people in as many different ways as he could, despite the fact that he was forced to give up a profession in the auto parts industry after 27 years of service.

He took care of everyone, including our mother, the rest of our family and friends, and an old neighbor who lived next door. I express thankfulness a few times in this post.

Even during the season of Easter, this may seem like an impossible task, but the Resurrection of Jesus Christ has made it possible for us to know the gift of being reborn and having eternal life.

And as the Reverend Larry Richards reminds his congregation on a regular basis, heaven is a lot more pleasant place to be than Erie, Pennsylvania.

We are positive in our belief that Jim is present in heaven along with our parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other ancestors.
