Jackson Porter Obituary, Death – After hearing the heartbreaking news of the sudden death of lacrosse player Jackson Porter, who was a member of the Fort Saskatchewan Jr. Rebels, the Titans are in a profound state of grief. The tragic death of Porter occurred when he was only 15 years old. Unfortunately, Porter was killed as a result of the horrific accident he was involved in.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends, as well as everyone in the lacrosse community who has been impacted by this terrible event. We are sorry for the loss of life that this tragic event has caused. The news has left us with a sense of profound desolation. Michelle Riggleman and Alyson Simmons are the only two of Jackson’s sisters to have survived; both of them are still living in the same house as their family to this day. Jackson is survived by his parents as well as his two sisters after their passing away.
Jackson was the sole child of his parents and grandparents. In addition, he is survived by his paternal great-grandmother Juanita Cosner of Thomas, West Virginia; his paternal grandparents Judy Wolfe, Kathy, and Darwin Simmons of Moorefield, West Virginia; and his maternal great-grandmother Juanita Cosner of Dryfork, West Virginia; his maternal grandparents Ruth and Steve Cooper of Dryfork, West Virginia; and his maternal great-grandmother Juanita Cosner of Dryfork, West Virginia.
