Greyson Nash Obituary, 3-Year-Old Greyson Nash Dies From Crash Injuries

Greyson Nash Obituary, Death – A child of that age who passed away earlier this month as a result of injuries incurred in a collision has been recognized by the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office.

According to Chief Deputy Coroner Kelly Kraus, Greyson Nash, who was from Spartanburg, passed away on April 21 as a result of injuries incurred in a collision on April 14.

On April 14, around 9:50 p.m., the collision took place in the Ridgeville neighborhood located at the 3100 block of State Road.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, Patrick Montgomery, age 48, was driving west on U.S. 176 in the pickup truck he was driving when it collided with an SUV that was traveling eastbound on the highway.

Both the driver and the passenger were transported to the hospital, but unfortunately the passenger did not survive their ordeal. Montgomery was charged with one count of felony DUI involving death and one count of felony DUI involving grievous bodily injury.

Both charges carry the maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.OThe Hill-Finklea Detention Center was where he was being kept at the time.Greyson Nash
