Gilbert Milner Obituary, Death – I just found out that Gilbert Milner passed suddenly a month ago after being in a coma for the preceding four months due to complications from diabetes.
When he worked for Blackhawk Hobby Distributors a good number of years ago, that’s when I first met him and became acquainted with him.
After that, I saw him frequently at conventions and occasionally in Rockford at Tomorrow Is Yesterday, which is now reborn as Top Cut Comics. I also saw him occasionally at Top Cut Comics.
His knowledge of the tabletop gaming industry was never lacking, and he was always eager to strike up a conversation with everyone. Along with the other members of the Blackhawk team (Dan and Cliff), who have already parted ways with us, it will be impossible for me to avoid missing him.
