Gerges Youssef Obituary, Gerges Youssef Victim In Deadly Shooting While Driving On Briley Parkway

Gerges Youssef Obituary, Death – On Friday, April 26, a man was traveling on Briley Parkway near I-40 when he was shot, and he later succumbed to the injuries he had as a consequence of the shooting.

Gerges A. Youssef, 46, was reportedly shot at approximately 4:28 p.m. while he was driving south on Briley Parkway in a black Honda CR-V, as stated by the records of the Metro police.

Following the collision with the railing, the vehicle went careening off of Briley and into the surrounding grassy area. There were numerous gunshot wounds on both the left and right sides of the truck, which indicated where the rounds had entered.

Youssef had only just left work a little while before the shooting, and at the time of the incident, he was located a little more than a mile away from his own residence. After receiving medical attention at the scene, he was transported to the Vanderbilt University Medical Center, which is where he ultimately lost his battle with illness.

The circumstances leading up to the occurrence are still being investigated as thoroughly as possible.
