We do it with a very heavy burden of regret in our hearts. There have been a lot of tears shed today due to the fact that today was a particularly difficult and stressful day in the office.
Over the course of more than 52 years as a Union Brother, he was a great Brother, an even better friend, and a dogged advocate for the rights of workers. He passed away in 2014.
In addition to that, he has previously held the position of Local President of LCUC, and he has been working for CUPW as a Local Executive for the past about 15 years. We won’t ever be able to forget him, and his spirit will always be with us in the way that we remember him.
