Ethan Bailey Suicide Obituary, Death – On Friday, April 14th, Brother Ethan Bailey, a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity’s Epsilon Xi chapter, died. Ethan was the type of person who never met a stranger and had no enemies. People were drawn to Ethan because of his infectious excitement and concern for others, and his steadfast friendship was felt by everybody who knew him.
Ethan continually worked the hardest of anyone in the room, going above and beyond what was requested or expected of him. Ethan was the type of person who others looked up to, and having him as an eternal Brother is something we should be grateful for. Please continue to pray for Ethan, his family, loved ones, and everyone who knew and cared for him. Ethan, you are cherished by all of us, and your name will long be associated with the strength of love, honor, and truth.
Ethan’s visitation will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, April 18th, at Compel Church in Olive Branch, Mississippi. The funeral will be held the next day, Wednesday, April 19th, at Compel Church. On Wednesday, transportation will be provided for any Sigma Nu member who chooses to attend the funeral. Anyone planning to attend the funeral on Wednesday should arrive at the Sigma Nu House no later than 8:00 a.m. It is difficult to put into words how profoundly depressed and empty we all feel right now as a result of what has occurred. Ethan Bailey has been nothing but courteous, a true gentleman, respectful, and, of course, entertaining since the first time we met! You have this reoccurring fantasy of marrying into a family that will love and accept you for who you are.
