Dorothy Horabin Obituary, Death – We are doing it with a heavy heart because we are aware that Dorothy Horabin will be much missed once she has moved on to the spirit realm and we are passing on the word that she has done so. We are doing this because we are passing on the news that she has done so.
She was baptized and spent her youth in the Hyde SNU Spiritualist Church, which was also the place of worship that her family attended, and she has remained a member of that congregation for the whole of her life. The church was also the place of worship that her family went to. Additionally, she was christened there as well. Dorothy, being the great and devoted woman that she is, has been and will continue to be a strong advocate for Spiritualism in the years to come. She has been so in the past, and she will continue to be so in the years to come.
She continued to participate in the activities of the church throughout her whole life, despite the fact that she lived to a ripe old age of 103. She had a long and fruitful life and lived it to the fullest. She worked at Hyde Church right up to the day she became 98 years old, where she was responsible for preparing and serving teas. In point of fact, she did not stop doing so at any moment.
To her family and friends, as well as the committee and members of the congregation at Hyde church who were devastated by her passing, we offer our most profound sympathies.
