Christopher Brown Obituary, Resident Of North Carolina Has Passed Away At 68

Christopher Brown Obituary, Death –  At the age of 68, Christopher Paul Brown, a devoted father, grandpa, brother, and friend, departed this world at his home in Asheville, North Carolina. He was a resident there at the time of his passing. On January 26, 1955, in Dubuque, Iowa, Chris Brown was born to his parents, Laurence and Sharon Brown. Chris was their first child. He always had a deep-seated interest in the arts and was a talented guitarist.

At the age of ten, he was given his first drum kit, and he went on to play drums in a variety of bands throughout his life. When he was a young adult, you could find him patching together 8mm film in the breaks between jam sessions. As technology advanced, he moved on to video and other forms of digital alchemy. His lifelong drive as a multidimensional artist and creative thinker was the motivation that powered, devoured, and defined him. Despite the fact that he carved out a lucrative career in finance, it was this passion that drove him forward.

His role as a dedicated father to his five children was his biggest calling in life. Over the course of more than four decades, he was there for each of them as a caregiver, a mentor, a friend, and a catalyst for the discovery of their own creative potential. Together, they investigated abandoned houses, mountains, forests, music, and cinema, and he accompanied them on trips to investigate their passions in these areas. He counted each of his children as one of the greatest gifts that he had received in his life.
