Chris Decker Obituary, Catholic Central High School Student Has Died

Chris Decker Obituary, Death – Chris Decker, one of our fellow students, was taken from us much too soon. In this trying time, please remember to pray for the Decker family and keep them in your thoughts. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 12 to 2, and the funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. at the Conroy Funeral Home in Springfield. An obituary will be provided as it becomes available.

There will be a gathering in Christopher’s honor at the Markesan United Methodist Church, located at 74 E. Catherine Street in Markesan, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continuing until the start of the memorial ceremony at 11:00 a.m. on the day he passed away. On September 17, 1986, Christopher was delivered into this world in Knoxville, Tennessee. He graduated from Markesan High School in 2004 and went on to work for Fed Ex after graduation.

In addition to being proud of his time spent volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Christopher enjoyed activities such as playing darts, cooking, and baking. Christopher is survived by his mother and father, Patricia and Richard Davis, who live in Randolph; his sister, Jennifer (Wake) Quinn; his brother, Delos E. Decker IV.

And moreover, Christopher is survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Christopher passed away. There were other members of his family who passed away before him. It is an honor for Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, located at 181 South Main Street in Markesan, to be of service to the family.
