April Pecchia Obituary, Death – The Minnesota State Patrol reports that a collision involving two vehicles that occurred on Thursday on a snowy and icy stretch of Highway 169 near Tarkman Road resulted in the deaths of a woman and her young daughter. The crash took place near the intersection of Highway 169 and Tarkman Road. The crash took place in the area close to where Highway 169 and Tarkman Road converge. The occurrence took place in the vicinity of the intersection where Highway 169 and Tarkman Road meet.
The victim has been identified as April Lynn Pecchia, and the press release states that she is 35 years old. Her age was included in the release. At approximately 4:30 in the afternoon, she was driving northbound on Highway 169 when the vehicle she was driving lost control, slid into the southbound lane and was struck by a pickup truck. A girl of eleven years old who was riding as a passenger in Pecchia’s vehicle regrettably succumbed to the injuries she acquired as a result of the incident and passed away as a direct result of her passing.
The Tower resident in question is identified as Lucy Lynn-Larue Pecchia, as established by the State Patrol, who was successful in their investigation. After looking into the matter, they found evidence that led them to this conclusion. It was found that the driver of the pickup vehicle had sustained injuries that were not life-threatening, and he was transported to Essentia Health Virginia to receive treatment for his wounds. At the time of the occurrence, all of the people who were engaged in the collision were wearing their seatbelts and had them fastened in a safe manner before the impact occurred.
