April Pecchia Obituary, Death – The Minnesota State Patrol reports that a collision involving two vehicles that occurred on Thursday on a snowy and icy stretch of Highway 169 near Tarkman Road resulted in the deaths of a woman and her young daughter. The crash took place near the intersection of Highway 169 and Tarkman Road. The crash took place in the area close to where Highway 169 and Tarkman Road converge.
